The 2024 AAPOL Scholarship Essay/Application is now available. 

The 2024 AAPOL Scholarship Essay /Application is available on February 1, 2024. All members in good standing, who have a dependent that is a graduating senior from High School are eligible to apply. Dependents of Non-AAPOL members are also encouraged to apply for separate Community Scholarship funds.

AAPOL will be awarding multiple scholarships in varying amounts during this event. The recipient of the scholarship can use the funds to supplement the cost of tuition, boarding, and books. Funds will be awarded directly to the university/college the recipient is enrolled in for Fall 2024.

Scholarship Requirements & Submission Materials:

To qualify for a scholarship, a student must:

  • Be a high school senior who will be entering college for the first time

  • Submit the application along with a copy of his or her unofficial high school transcripts

  • Submit a written essay of 400-500 words on a topic that has been selected by the AAPOL Education Committee

  • Submit a signed AAPOL Scholarship Commitment Letter for the university/college of enrollment for Fall 2024

  • Graduates must have a GPA of 2.7 or higher

**Please do not include letters of recommendation; they will not be included in the scoring process.
